WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Since each item is made-to-order and assembled in-house by our team, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped in as little as 1-2 business days depending on which shipping option you select. When your order ships we will send you a tracking number and you can also request your tracking number via the "Order Status" page. All orders are shipped either USPS, UPS or FedEx. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy.

Our 100-Day Quality Guarantee:

Artwork Addict works hard to ensure that all our products are printed to high-quality standards & shipped on time and accurately. Artwork Addict  accepts returns and will issue a refund or replacement within 100 days of purchase or 90 days of the delivery (whichever is later) for any of the following reasons (with visual confirmation): The product itself is flawed; the quality of the printing is poor; or if the final product is materially different than the design presented in the campaign.

Our Lifetime Warranty:

The color quality of your art will look the same the day you hung your art as it will 50 years from now. If not, we replace it. 

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
